I was given a “Day /Time” to visit my house, which was adhered to (most unusual these days).  On the spot repairs could not be completed and my desktop machine went to their workshop.  When it was taken, I was given a day/time it would be returned comptely overhauled.  This return time was also adhered to.   A lot of “junk programs” I never used were removed, which gave me faster response times. "My desktop PC locked up on shutdown and all attempts to restart the PC failed. I phoned PChelp4U and the engineer arrived later that day to check it out. He could not repair it there and then, so it was taken away for checking and for the hard drive to be cleaned. New security set up and back-up applications were recommended and installed, both on the desktop and my laptop computers. He also, sorted out my network connections with the laptop and older desktop PC so that I could have access to folders from any of the computers. Within a couple of days, all was sorted and the pc was working well with quicker start up times and with reliable backups to external hard drives.
